We are looking for Document Editor  to join our team.



  • Check of Company required documentation for the following points: all grammar/punctual/spelling mistakes are defined and corrected;
  • Proofread and check all Company documentation according to ControlPay standards for the documents to be completely accurate and easy to understand;
  • Prepare meeting minutes based on the notes taken during Company meetings;
  • Ensure that all document management related process is compliant with ISO 9001, section “Documentation management”;
  • Creation and further maintenance of company level flowcharts;
  • Upon request preparation of one time manuals, instructions, texts related to different company activities.

Key requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a major in Linguistics, Journalism or a related discipline;
  • Advanced level of English ( grammar, spelling, punctuation, and editing skills);
  • Strong writing/ editing/ proofreading skills;
  • MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook), Visio;
  • Strong team-player;
  • Attentive to details;
  • Able to prioritize the tasks;
  • Able to be adaptable to rapidly changing working environment;
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Process oriented;
  • Able to quickly grasp company processes, requirements, and objectives.
