We are looking for candidates who would like to become Customer Service Specialist in our Kyiv office.

YOU will be involved in:

  • Navigation through and usage of ControlPay web-platform and support tools;
  • Providing Customer support via e-mail, ControlPay platform and incoming calls;
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines and policies;
  • Ensuring that each Customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment;
  • Resolving Customer requests in order to provide full, timely and professional response on all customer inquiries.

Person we are looking for:

YOU need to:

  • Know English on the Upper-Intermediate level (or higher), both written and spoken;
  • Have good knowledge of MS Office and Customer Service communication tools;
  • Have previous work experience in Customer Service;
  • Have logistics knowledge (as a plus).
